Most of the biblical prophets were polygamous, with a few exception. Why should it bother you?
Sons born of slave girls became Caliphs and Kings, Islamic slavery is very different from christian european one.

history shows us that 2.5 million slaves were taken to the americas and europe. most survived. 12.5 million went to arab countries almost none survived. im sure it must have been the wonderful way they were treated by muslims. like in sudan today.
