I have been told by several right wingers here that the assassination of an abortion provider is not terrorism? How is it not? The "people" who carry out these assassinations do so because of their political and ideological beliefs. Would those on the right sing a different tune if these terrorists were not christians?

I agree with you that it is terrorism, but I object to you referring to the perpetrators of violence against abortion providers as people in quotation marks, implying that they are not people. Abortion providers are monstrous, and they are the ones that should be referred to as "people." Also, apparently an abortion fanatic doesn’t see anyone as a person, including babies at 8 months gestation.

And to answer your question, terrorism exists in every religion. Yet you are insane if you are comparing a Doctors murder to 4 downed planes, three into buildings. There is a difference between a Terrorist organization like Hamas, Hezbollah, the Taliban declaring war on the West and one man who kills a Doctor.
