"Extremely high" levels of force have been used to overpower prisoners during Belmarsh high-security jail, an investigation inform has revealed. Since a final investigation of a south London jail a series of inmates who pronounced they had been victimised or intimidated by staff had increased. One in 5 prisoners had been concerned in violence, a inform said.
