Iam study how to hosting Muslins people and id like to receive this information and learn more about that, and any information abut how must be the muslins room are welcme.
Shukran!
is there a particular purpose towards which you are hosting these muslim guests? the most fundamental accommodations are related to facilitating prayers, sensitivity to muslim dietary restrictions, privacy and gender segregation. other things would be of secondary importance.
with respect to facilitating prayers. you should realize that muslims are obligated to pray a minimum of five ritual prayers at various times during the day. the first of these prayers is offered at dusk and the final prayer is at night. if you are planning events/activities you should schedule them around prayer times. also each prayer is preceded by ritual ablution and so access to a washroom throughout the day is important. muslims pray facing the kaaba in mecca and so it will help your muslim guests if you can note the orientation of the mecca in the place where they will be housed. the room should be devoid of idols/statues/images of persons or animals.
muslims follow dietary laws revealed in the qur’an and elaborated on in the traditions of the prophet muhammad (peace be upon him). muslims do not consume any pork or alcohol (or any other intoxicant). muslims also avoid events where alcohol is freely served. muslims are commanded to eat only meat which has been slaughtered according to islamic ethics (similar to jewish kosher, called zabihah halal). if you could point your guests to nearby stores that sell halal products this would be greatly appreciated.
finally, except with members of family, muslims observe certain limitations in mixing with members of the opposite gender. therefore, if you are hosting members from more than one family you might want to provide space for men to socialize and women to socialize.
O ye who believe! Enter not houses other than your own without first announcing your presence and invoking peace upon the folk thereof. That is better for you, that ye may be heedful. (27) And if ye find no-one therein, still enter not until permission hath been given. And if it be said unto you: Go back, then go back, for it is purer for you. Allah knoweth what ye do. (28) (It is) no sin for you to enter uninhabited houses wherein is comfort for you. Allah knoweth what ye proclaim and what ye hide. (29)
O Ye who believe! Enter not the dwellings of the Prophet for a meal without waiting for the proper time, unless permission be granted you. But if ye are invited, enter, and, when your meal is ended, then disperse. Linger not for conversation. Lo! that would cause annoyance to the Prophet, and he would be shy of (asking) you (to go); but Allah is not shy of the truth. And when ye ask of them (the wives of the Prophet) anything, ask it of them from behind a curtain. That is purer for your hearts and for their hearts. And it is not for you to cause annoyance to the messenger of Allah, nor that ye should ever marry his wives after him. Lo! that in Allah’s sight would be an enormity. (53)
