Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, would you try him in a court near the Twin Towers site?

Is it not an insult to a 3000 which this chairman will see a extinction he’s done?

No — I was there working as a Detective out of 120 Broadway a couple of blocks from the WTC on 9/11 and I assisted many people on that terrible day.I was one of the lucky ones who survived. I continued to work there for the next 18 months and despite Christine Todd Whitman’s lies that the air was safe……the EPA gave our squad room little Heppa Filters . I have now been diagnosed with emphysema.
Khalid Mohammed granted zero rights + zero mercy to the 3,000 people who he murdered in clood blood that day and the many who are still dying.
Mohammed should be tried before a Military Tribunal and if he is found guilty…….he should be hung .

Yes, indeed. Try him, find him guilty, and hang him at ground zero

More than an insult, a travesty of justice, the radical Muslim terrorists should face a military tribunal, taken out back and offered a blindfold end of discussion, NOT brought to our great country

He will probably have a bullet proof helmet on. I doubt he will get to enjoy lower Manhattan.

No, I would have had the military trial at GITMO along with his execution.

As he has not seen it on TV? Is that going to give him solice when he sees that guard born in NYC and taking care of him in prison. This is a funny question for you always will stretch at ANYTHING to be against anything Obama decides. That is not genuine and I feel sorry for this.
I try to at least be fair. Cheney should be the next in trial for war crimes for by Cheneys lying he KILLED more people than the mere 3000 that any Islamic terrorist has killed.
He is also responsible for my foot. He did not go look for that.
    Nuff said.
This question is an insult to NYC the United States of America and to yourself for asking it in my STONG POLITICAL OPINION

how can an impartial jury be empaneled in New York, let alone close to the Twin towers site?

I foresee years of appeals on that issue alone.

It’s going to cost enough to fund several thousand jobs. i find it insane. there was a Congressman on the tube yapping about how we can show case the American justice system. I find that a crock.

The military can handle it for minimum cost and maybe it wouldn’t be all over the tv and fire up other nuts out there. So cost, generating more hate and then we will have another sow like the "OJ" deal.

If he is to be done here then bring him here to Jackson as it is number 2 in murder and fourth in car jackings*.

It depends on how you look at it.

It may help to garner more sympathy for the victims being so close.

I do not think this is why they did it, but it will certainly have an impact. It’s one thing to talk about what happens in some remote corner of the world, it’s an entirely different thing to speak about what happened down the road in recent memory.

"This is the dumbest decision a President has made in a long time. These guys committed war crimes and should be tried in military tribunals, not given American civil liberties."

-False, this reasoning has been used to punish people unjustly in Kangaroo Courts all throughout history. They committed a crime on American Soil, they should be tried and punished by American Laws. "Enemies of the State" was a common term used for these people. How long before a certain group is called this and tried in such courts? Can you have a fair trial in this case?

"Obama is going to pay dearly for this. The CIA and military are going to get tired of this moron after a while and then we’ll have a new President." -That’s illegal. If you hate Obama that much the work on getting him voted out of office.

This is the dumbest decision a President has made in a long time. These guys committed war crimes and should be tried in military tribunals, not given American civil liberties. The Nazi war criminals were tried by a tribunal as what they did went well beyond committing a normal "crime". The same situation applies here.

Obama is going to pay dearly for this. The CIA and military are going to get tired of this moron after a while and then we’ll have a new President.
