Hi
the learning of quranic arabic is called Tajweed. I found taht out when I wanted to do the same about a year or so ago. There are good internet sites etc, but they will only teach you some rules about arabic gramme. You need to attend a specific tajweed class where a tutor can hear you read and correct you as you go along. I think it would be extremely difficult otherwise. Do a bit of research around for community centres or local mosques who might hold such classes.
I was surprised at how differently I had been reading until i attended such a class. Thank the Lord however that I know better now. The rest is just practise after that, the more you will read the better you will get.
