inshallah how should i go about it, i can review a quran ok though not fluently.
are there any good well known colleges or islamic schools in london which learn quranic arabic for beginners

the learning of quranic arabic is called Tajweed. I found taht out when I wanted to do the same about a year or so ago. There are good internet sites etc, but they will only teach you some rules about arabic gramme. You need to attend a specific tajweed class where a tutor can hear you read and correct you as you go along. I think it would be extremely difficult otherwise. Do a bit of research around for community centres or local mosques who might hold such classes.
I was surprised at how differently I had been reading until i attended such a class. Thank the Lord however that I know better now. The rest is just practise after that, the more you will read the better you will get.
