Neither honestly, he’s not a citizen of the US nor is he under the UCMJ to the best of my knowledge. Whatever trial he deserves is closer to a war crimes trial than anything.

He is a common criminal and should be treated as such. He doesn’t deserve the gravitas that a military tribunal would give him.

I think he should be tried by relitives of those who died in the twin towers……or better yet, I have a 357 gavel in my court.

Doesn’t matter to me, as long as justice prevails.

What would be the worst thing that this guy could see? Death penalty?

No. Make his suffering as long and painful. Make him serve a life sentence for every life he took on 9/11.

3000+ consecutive life sentences without the possibility of parole, stuck in solitary confinement FOREVER!
