what do you think is a Islamic bank fund and do you think it has a potential for expansion to non Islamic country’s.

Google has pretty good free finance tools, check out the find in question and decide based on that.
If this is a "moral investing" question, then it is between you and your personal ethics … but investing in companies that follow a certain set of values is difficult and limiting in the long run.
For contrast, check out the opposite of "values-based-investing" … the Vice Fund. I think it trades under the ticker symbol of "VICEX". It does pretty darn well.
