Why did prophet Muhammad favor the right side of the body more?

Like,
* you enter the mosque with your right foot first

* eat with your right hand

* when you shake hands, shake with the right

* sleep on your right side

some say some of these actions are for hygiene purposes but what if the person was left handed? This would mean that they would do most actions with their left hand and do the un-clean actions with their right.

So why is the right side so much more favored then the left?

According to Muslims the Shaytan (Satan) is left handed.

And they must differentiate themselves from the actions of Satan.

[Muslim (2020) narrated from Ibn ‘Umar (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:

“No one among you should eat with his left hand or drink with it, for the shaytaan eats with his left hand and drinks with it.”]

Yes I know more about Islam than any of these Muslims in here

It’s not Prophet Muhammad that ever said those things. secondly it’s a knockoff concept from the Quran the right hand those who receive in the right hand are happy and, those whom your right hand possess. Its all fabled non-sense attributed to God.

I was thinking about the reason of eating with the right hand. I have come to assume this is for a specific reason. That being that it might have been custom to wash one’s self with the left hand and thus that hand would be deemed the "dirty hand". This is why in some culture you do not shake hands with your left hand, but rather your right. Is this a correct assumption? If not, what is the reason/purpose/wisdom behind this Prophetic custom? Did this exist before the Prophet pbuh? Was it originated with Ibrahim pbuh?

The tradition goes back to time immemorial, even before the Prophet (S). It is essentially an Abrahamic sunnah, and it is found in the Hebrew tradition, but the spirit and practice behind it has been lost to them and in reality, many Muslims. The symbolism is quite clear, especially as regards the descendants of Ibraheem (AS). Oaths were taken with the right hand, and an oath symbolized a covenant. As Yahya pointed out, the Quran states that the "people of the Right Hand" will be given success, which essentially means that they have fulfilled their oath.

This is why acts such as eating occurs with the Right Hand, for it reminds the Muslim of the blessings of Allah and the responsibilities attached to them.
