Satan refused to accept Adam as a special creation and thought to himself he is better.
Similarly, many such people have a Satanic Character of Ignorance and Bigotry and they reject Muhammad and attribute false things to him that never can be ascribed to him
it only takes few minutes to find out the truth and save their souls if it is worthwhile the time for them.

bcz they dont have any knowledge about this religion and they claim without knowing.
