For me its a moot point, because if I were as blunt with eventual chief defense attorney Ramsey Clark during jury selection as I am in Y!A, I would not only be disallowed from being empaneled, but probably held in contempt of court too.
Can you imagine how that courtroom, and every juror, is going to be the focus of the world wide community of Islamic terrorists?

I’d be happy to sit on that jury. I would gladly say that I had an open mind on the case in hand, then I would vote to convict that animal and recommend that he be put down like a rabid dog.

This is why i think juries in these cases should have their identities hidden
You can face your accusers but not give terrorists, drug lords, and mafia the ability to target and intimidate jurors

NO. My bias is toward a guilty verdict, and I doubt that I would be receptive to the case presented by the defense. I think it will be very difficult to empanel a jury in this case because so many people have already made up their minds regarding the guilt of the defendants.

Being the focus of foreign terrorists would not scare me as much as being the focus of right wingnuts in the States.
Anybody with a reasonable doubt in that jury would be painting a target on their own back if they fail to convict on all counts. The same applies to the judges and attorneys.
There is no way a fair trial can be obtained in the USA for any of the accused. Not any more than Eichmann got in Israel..
It really is that simple.
There is no possibility of a fair trial in another country either, so whatever happens they are going to be lynched.
The trial is just window dressing.
